My husband and I picked up six of these glasses for a quarter each at a local thrift store. We guessed that they were from the 70's, but wanted more information. The bottom of the glasses are stamped with a Libbey trademark.

I found a website called Libbey Glass History, which is a great resource for Libbey collectors. It has an archive of trademarks and catalogs dating back to 1892. My glasses were in a catalog from 1975. I currently have two sets of the 13oz beverage glasses.
